Pinwheel Head

Instructions
In a large bowl, use a fork to mix the ranch seasoning into the cream cheese until smooth and evenly combined.
Add the chopped vegetables and dill to the cream cheese mixture and mix until evenly combined.
Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over a tortilla and roll up tightly. Repeat this process for each tortilla.
Trim the rounded edges and discard, or if you're anything like me, eat them as a snack!
Cut each roll into 8 pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
Skewer two pinwheels onto each toothpick leaving enough space to stick the bottom of the toothpick into the mannequin head. Refrigerate until assembly.
For assembly- Apply desired makeup and accessories to the mannequin head.
Apply hot glue to the bottom of the mannequin neck and apply it to the center of the disposable tray.
Pin each toothpick into the mannequin head. Serve immediately.
Notes
*Use only the florets, or the tree-like clusters at the top of the broccoli.
*While I used cookies to fill the tray, you can use any type of snack or filler to add to the head-spread.
*You can order styrofoam mannequin heads on Amazon but you can find them at your local craft store for a fraction of the cost. I purchased mine at Hobby Lobby for $5.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 ½ tablespoons ranch seasoning
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
⅔ cup shredded carrot
⅔ cup broccoli, finely chopped (stems removed)*
2 teaspoons fresh dill
6 large tomato basil tortilla wraps
